VSS can teach and guide new graduates by offering ad hoc on-farm graduate support, provision of tutorials and practical skills sessions and on-call support and development (both via phone and in person).
VSS can either work within clinics on a regular weekly or fortnightly basis, provide intensive weeks of support to clinics with new graduate vets or can offer intermittent support to cover senior veterinarians’ leave arrangements.
Alternatively, a more structured graduate development program is available where VSS is contracted to your clinic over a 12 month period to regularly work alongside newly employed graduates, both within and after hours, and provide a comprehensive cattle-focused training program.
